Having worked out the rental days add the Inclusive Extras Package which includes 2 convenience kits, preparation charge plus CDW & VIP Insurance: If booked before the end of November, add £21 a day + tax and extra living kits are £33 + tax per person.

2010 early booking discount

Book a minimum 10 days before the end of November to receive 20% off plus a bonus of 1000 free kms.

Rentals staring in Calgary are subject to 5% GST and in Vancouver to 12% GST & PST on all items.

10% off for hires of 42 days or more

Spring & Autumn offer :

Three weeks for the price of two
Pay for two weeks and receive the third week rent free.

For hires terminating by 3rd July 2010 or commencing after 11th September 2010 , you pay for two weeks and get a third week rent free. No kms included in the third week, you also have to pay the daily inclusive package for all hire days. This offer is not combinable with the long term discount

General Information

Preparation Charge:

Propane is not included in the Prep fee but Westcoast Mountain Campers will collect you from downtown hotels in either Calgary or Vancouver and return you to the airport. No downtown transfers at the end of the rental

Please note we can accept payment by Visa or Mastercard with a small charge of 2%

Minimum rental:

There is a minimum 7 night's rental charge on all hire including one way trips

Immigration & Driver Qualifications:

If you are a British Citizen, you do not need a Visa to enter Canada but will do if you travel over the border to the USA. If you qualify for the Visa Waiver Programme, you will be required to obtain an Electronic Visa. Click here to take you through to the Homeland Security website (click here). You will need your Passport details and some idea where you plan to be while in the USA. Please note that you may need to enquire at the US Embassy in London if you have a criminal record, this includes a drinking and driving ban. From October 2005 all UK passports holders will require machine readable documentation to enter the USA. Children will also be required to hold their own passport. There have also been recent reports that UK Passports issued to British Subjects have encountered problems when checking in for flights. If you hold a Passport that shows you are a British Subject (not Citizen) officially you require a Visitors Visa and should contact the Canadian High Commission on 0906 861 6644 (Premium rate line)

Minimum driving age is 25 and the maximum 70 and you must provide a valid domestic driving licence. You are not procluded from driving if you are over 70, but you will need to let us know so we can clear this with the vehicle supplier. Drivers aged between 21 and 24 may drive the motorhomes on payment of a $7.00 per person per day supplement. Only named persons may drive the motorhome, extra drivers over 25 are permitted at no extra cost.
