RENTAL CHARGES: 

·      Rental Rates are in UK Pounds per night – Pick up date determines the rate

·         7 night minimum rental required

·         VIP coverage included in rental ($700 deductible per incident)

Amendments:

Any amendment to the booking arrangements, either travel dates, duration or vehicle size may require a revised costing and may be subject to a cancellation and new booking process and therefore incur the appropriate cancellation charges.

Cancellations:

For all cancellations the following charges will apply:-

For cancellations made 56 days or more prior to departure loss of £200 deposit.

For cancellations made 55-42 days prior to departure there will be a charge of 30% of the rental

For cancellations made 41-21 days prior to departure there will be a charge of 60% of the rental

For cancellations made 29 days or less the full cost of the rental will be charged.

One way rentals will incur a charge of £79 (in addition to applicable above fee)

Example Rate Calculation :

10 nights mid season at £94 = £940

Denver tax at 4.85% = £ 45.59

Total = £985.59

The hire includes unlimited mileage, all personal kits, vehicle kits, unlimited use of the generator, VIP & SLI insurance and sales tax – under  £25 per person per night based on 4 in the party

Insurance Coverage :

The Vehicle – Vehicle Incident Protection (VIP)
The VIP coverage reduces the renters responsibility from $5,000 to $700 per occurrence, the rate for this is included in the rental prices. At all times the renter is responsible for up to $700 per occurrence as a deductible.
Public Liability
El Monte RV maintains insurance coverage for liability claims, property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from the operation of an El Monte vehicle. The coverage provides third party legal limits to protect the renter and authorize driver’s, but is limited to the minimum financial limits determined by the US state or Canada province in which the incident occurred. Claims in excess of the state or province limits may arise. These claims are the responsibility of the renter and El Monte RV assumes no responsibility for such liability claims unless the client has purchased the Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI).

There are 2 types of Liability Insurance:-
1. Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)
Jurisdiction USA and Canada. This provides SLI excess auto liability insurance that protects the renter for the difference between the underlying insurance and up to $1,000 000 against claims by a third party for bodily injury and or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Note there is no deductible with the SLI.
2. Mexico Auto Liability Insurance (MALI)
Jurisdiction Mexico. If your client plans to drive into Mexico for any length of time it is mandatory that he takes out MALI. There are certain conditions attached to driving into Mexico and it is important that clients read the details as contained in our important information. Charged only for the days actually spent within Mexico.
