Prices include the following:

All you need to do is add the sales tax shown below based on the collection city. Please note the start date determines the rate.
A 10% early booking discount off the daily rates if booked before 29th Feb 08
Standard transfers are available from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, New York, Orlando & Las Vegas.

If the all-inclusive rate does not suit your rental, you may deduct £42 a day and add in the assorted extras such as mileage packs, equipment & kitchen packs, preparation fee and insurance:
500 mile packs - £73 each (extra 32 cts/ml) Living kits - £24pp, Kitchen kit - £52 prv, Prep fee - £39 prv, SLInsurance - £6.30 pd. All subject to tax .
One way rentals are on a request basis only

Amendments: Any amendment to the booking arrangements, either travel dates, duration or vehicle size may require a revised costing and may be subject to a cancellation and new booking process and therefore incur the appropriate cancellation charges. Cancellations: For all cancellations the following charges will apply:- For cancellations made 56 days or more prior to departure loss of £200 deposit. For cancellations made 55-42 days prior to departure there will be a charge of 30% of the rental For cancellations made 41-21 days prior to departure there will be a charge of 60% of the rental For cancellations made 29 days or less the full cost of the rental will be charged. One way rentals will incur a charge of £79 (in addition to applicable above fee)
Example Rate Calculation : If you pick up a C25 unit in Denver anywhere between 18th June and 8th July and use the Inclusive rate, a 10 night hire would work out at:
10 nights mid season at £94 = £940 Denver tax at 4.85% = £ 45.59 Total = £985.59 The hire includes unlimited mileage, all personal kits, vehicle kits, unlimited use of the generator, VIP & SLI insurance and sales tax – under £25 per person per night based on 4 in the party Insurance Coverage : The Vehicle – Vehicle Incident Protection (VIP)
